The mission of Cross Timbers Family Services is to enhance safety and justice by preventing domestic violence, sexual assault and other violent crimes in our community through empowerment, advocacy, awareness and action for social change.

Emergency shelter, safety planning, and protective orders help protect you from future contact with abusive, volatile environments. Accompaniment is also available so you have support as you work through related legal, law enforcement, or medical proceedings.

If you have suffered through a violent crime, call the 24 hour crisis intervention hotline provided by Cross Timbers Family Services. Information and referrals for your situation are provided along with follow up resources to assist judicial, medical, or other needs.

Confidential counseling services by trained professionals are available to you free of charge as you work through your experience. Support groups also meet to share experiences and support each other so you never are forced to face things alone.

No appointment necessary for immediate face-to-face crisis intervention and advocacy services. Crisis Intervention and Advocacy are available during regular business hours
